Our strategic education alliance brings together the strengths of the Kalaidos Swiss Education Group and external partners. Through agile cooperation within the Group and targeted partnerships with industry and professional associations, companies, and education providers in Switzerland and abroad, we jointly create added value in the Swiss education landscape.

We design flexible, modular, and personalised education tailored to the individual life realities and future challenges of our target groups. Digital technologies enable adaptive learning models for customised and needs-based educational offers.

By working closely with EdTech and innovation partners, we are building a strong innovation ecosystem. We develop educational programs and services dynamically and close to the market – and ensure long-term partnerships through flexible collaboration and participation models.

We integrate formal and non-formal education to create a flexible, cross-level education system. This allows for personalised learning paths through the validation and recognition of prior qualifications across educational levels and professional domains.

Education is a continuous process that goes beyond one-off qualifications – it supports learners in the long term. We promote future-relevant skills and design educational models that are economically, socially, and ecologically sustainable.
