The Group Management of Kalaidos is responsible for the strategic development and governance of the education group. It includes group leadership, divisional management, and central functions such as controlling, educational innovation, business development, communication, and the group’s own pension fund.
Chief Executive Officer
Dr. Stefan Leuenberger has been leading the Kalaidos Swiss Education Group since 2024. Together with the Klett Group, he drives the strategic development of the organisation.
Chief Financial Officer
Christian Zumbach has been part of Kalaidos since 2008 and CFO since 2014. He is a member of the Board of Directors of Kalaidos Holding AG and the Board of Trustees of the Pension Foundation.
Chief Information Officer
Adrian Kobler is CIO of the Kalaidos Education Group and heads Kalaidos ICT AG. He is responsible for the group’s digital development and infrastructure.
Head of Educational Innovation & Business Development
Nicolas Brandenberg joined Kalaidos in 2025. As an expert in EdTech and innovation management, he leads the Group’s Unit for Educational Innovation and Business Development.
