The pension fund of the Kalaidos Swiss Education Group covers the retirement plans of all Swiss group companies and ensures sustainable, secure benefits for employees.
At the end of 2024, 20 companies were affiliated with the pension fund, insuring 891 employees and 196 pensioners. The foundation board, equally composed of employer and employee representatives, ensures prudent governance. For more details, we refer to the German page.
