The pension fund of the Kalaidos Swiss Education Group covers the retirement plans of all Swiss group companies and ensures sustainable, secure benefits for employees.
At the end of 2025, 20 companies were affiliated with the pension fund, insuring 887 employees and 192 pensioners. The foundation board, equally composed of employer and employee representatives, ensures prudent governance. For more details, we refer to the German page.
