Support Systems & Applications (80–100%, hybrid)

Your responsibilities:

• Installation, configuration and administration of hardware, software and end devices
• 1st- and 2nd-level support for ICT systems and applications
• Advising clients on technical solutions and process optimisation
• Close collaboration with system engineers, development teams, customers and partners
• Data recovery with Veeam
• Development of PowerShell scripts
• Participation in ICT projects, professional supervision and guidance of interns
• Use and management of software, administration and maintenance of user accounts and access rights

Your profile:

• Completed IT training or equivalent qualification
• Strong communication skills and a confident, professional manner when dealing with customers
• At least 3 years of practical ICT experience
• Basic hands-on knowledge of AD, networking, VMware and Microsoft Cloud Services
• An advantage: SQL queries, Citrix and PowerShell
• Quick learner with curiosity, creativity and a strong ability to implement solutions
• Analytical thinking, sense of responsibility and commitment to quality
• Languages: working language German / English required (at least for technical documentation)
